Well, I think there'd be something amiss if a company chairman DIDN'T come out saying he'd just executed a great deal for his shareholders. Both sides of a deal usually claim they got the better end of it.

IMP certainly had a good day yesterday but, geez, that's a lot of debt for a tiddler company isn't it? Or am I the only one who worries about things like that?

Not a bad deal from AMU's end. Certainly makes a mockery of the current share price. Having said that, will expect more short-termers to bale out in coming days as we saw yesterday and today. But agree Gresley that longer term things now looking up for AMU.
