Back to the stock, JB is giving a lunchtime presentation to the American Chamber of Commerce in Sydney tomorrow in which he is supposedly going to outline the future direction of Virgin Australia. I believe that this is the first time since the Delta alliance was green-lighted that he has given this sort of outline and it will be very interesting to see what is included. It should also ensure that Virgin gets a lot of press coverage over the weekend!
I'd assume that the preso will be released to the ASX, but if it's not it shouldn't be too hard to track down. Tickets to the event appear to have sold-out otherwise I'd have tried to get along (although at $191 a seat it wasn't going to be a cheap lunch!)
Things I'll be looking out for: A) Changes to Velocity and any possible alliance with Coles B) Possible alliance opportunities in Asia C) More info on the Delta alliance D) Fuel hedging and possible switch from WTI to Brent http://www.amcham.com.au
