The debt has always been there, nothing has changed, thats why we can buy this stock for around .30c and not $5.00, if you believe its an issue then a change to investment stratagy would be required.

I believe as real estate values increase so to will the SP, but once again the debt will still be there.

Look at the mortgage on your house, regardless of the value, you still have a debt owing on it, and when real estate goes up , your mortgage stays there, you still have to service it.
