Yep, will be voting NO also, with the exception of Resolution No 6. We do need a share placement facility in place to progress the Canning Push, how the board use this will be a good test.

To be honest, I have been impressed with KM's focus to date and given he has already bought 3m KEY shares on market, to me this is an indication that he is committed to making this work.

I agree it is a bit early to be handing out options to everyone, but give them 12 months and if they have ticked all the boxes, then I will be voting accordingly.

I also agree that other board members should be buying shares on market as a show of faith and commitment in KEY.
