I may do a spot of fishing on Monday, i don't buy or sell during market hours, it gives me too much chance to make some stupid emotional mistake.

All of my buys and sells are conditional orders done after hours, i don't know if thats better or worse, sometimes i get home and find i have bought everything , and think , the market must have tanked today. (trouble)

Then on other days i check the computer and find all my trades have sold, so that usually indicates things are on course.
