B2, can't understand why you would say LIO was fully valued. Current valuation is about $20m. They may well receive cash from the Bula sale approaching this amount.
Certainly some large sums have been invested buying up this stock. These are not traders, would have done their dd, and probably know alot more than us about whats going down at LIO.
I would expect there's plenty left in this one.
