Blackdog - Agree largely with the chart pattern. Sideways, then little leg up = everyone is waiting for a catalyst. EFS sale should provide one (in either direction... up or down depending on the amount!) or a takeover attempt would liven things up.

Also - I track the top50 share holders pretty regularly and at last check Dave hadn't sold any of his shares. I'd heard him say a few times it was his retirement fund so I don't expect him to either.
