Look at it in market cap terms. If a company makes a decent hit, say 20m of 2.5%Ni and 2.5% Cu, then looking at the size of the electrical conductor 800m X 1000m in other words large, my opinion is it would go to $200-300m in MC.
So with only 45m shares possibly $5-7, with a rush. Possibly overshoot to start with, ie $8-9, then come back over a week or 2 to the $5-7 region.
If Clark Dudley does a placement in there some where when the price is at say $7, it might be for 5m shares at $5-6, then there would be a full on drilling campaign with the cash to back it up and minimum dilution.
It will be the second and third holes that really make or break it. If they both come up trumps then anything is possible
