i agree this is cheap as the NTA is $1.72, but it dosent pay a divvy, as long as AAC dosent pay a divvy it will not be seen as a serious investment from the big instos point of view, just my opinion, even if were to pay a 1c divvy, it would make a lot of difference in getting exposure to potential big investors.
