I don't think the announcement had any immediate impact because there was a big sell off from a major holder - Fosters ?. Balance the books and all that stuff before June 30.
I bought at 10 the other day. I will be happy to get 12 in the short term as I think there is a bit of selling pressure there - especially with the pricing of the allotment a while back.
Long term - the stock is worth much more then 12. It is quiet a good story.
