Hi Guys,

Whilst I am talking to BJ I certainly am not privy to any juicy details. BJ is very proper about keeping inside info inside :)

However, one thing I think stands to reason is this:

What is the worst case downside?

They have a partially built gold plant; no debt at this point; access to the 484k oz gold tailings deposit and a market cap of $22m.

Given the project NPV is $78m, if Mac Bank screws EVG and no deal is done, a worst case scenario wind up of the Company would surely yield $15-20m for all of EVG's assets.

This is the sole thing helping me sleep soundly at night at present :)
