China has no leverage whatsoever in the scenario you have just described. If it did, it would pull the same trick on every mid tier iron ore company and BHP would not have got the recent 99% increase in iron ore prices from japan either.

I like a bit of speculation. It's fun for the majority of the time where nothing actually happens. But put some thought into it.
