My opinion only but my suspicion is that if pressure from China was used to have Arrow agree to the Shell/China deal then we should be told.

And we Australian investors need to be very wary of our investments in Companies that have exploration inside both China and Australia where Chinese government Regulations and Permits are used as manipulation to further Chinese government plans to gain control of our resource companies.

This is my opinion only
I have no evidence except the cheap price offered and accepted by Arrow may have been under duress.

Australian companies may need to separate our overseas ventures for the protection of our valuable resources
