Let's hope they get the Chanel 7 gig in Sydney, that would be a nice bookend to Brisbane. By the way, I went to Rose Hill on Sat for the running of the 9th race - the Watpac Cup (& a little race earlier called the Golden Slipper). Had a great win in the Watpac paying 13 to 1, damn I should have followed my first inclination & sold my Watpac scrip and bet it on the cup. At least now I can afford a few more WTP's whilst they linger in the low range.

It was great to see the new stand that Watpac have just completed for the Sydney Turf Club being well patronised. I also see that Watpac are building new stables to house the horses dislodged from Randwick for the Catholic Youth Day. The NSW Govt. are spending money like there's now tomorrow $5m for a few days!
