I disagree. The previous management had every reason to keep this alive, and tried to do so - as well as arrange funding(contracted via Cornell) and the EzyDVD deal.

Love or hate them, they have also lost out (being major shareholders), and, presumably, they felt that they had left things in as best shape as reasonably possible.

Zavos, I suspect, and from what i hear around the traps, had a different agenda. If he buys all the RMA equipment ex the VA (or hires any more staff - I heard he engaged 2 last week), then we know what his real agenda was...........

Sounds like Zavos screwed them, as they were funded.
