as a shareholder, none too happy about this.....and Zavos quit as well.

Cynically, Zavos has raped all the IP, know how on studio agreements, and the last of the cash..........so its toast, and he gets all the IP for a fraction of the $4m that video ezy has spent so far (and yet to launch)

Good work RMA directors- hope to see the rest of you resign (but you probably cant now that its in VA?)
