    From the announcement, ZYL need issue 35% shares to acquire 74% of Mobila project. At AUD0.02, it's $12 mil. So it should be 600 mil shares for 35%. Total shares:. 600 mil/0.35=1.714 billion shares?

    Please correct me if I'm wrong.
