This sub-prime mess could be easily relieved if more US housing demand was forth coming and thus raise prices.
But where do you get a flood of new demand??? offshore of course!, sell the US dream, allow foreigners to buy US residential housing and if that's not enough, add incentives like free green cards, working visas, free holidays etc etc. I'm sure people would buy US homes if they knew they could stay in them for certain time period each year.
EASY!!! .. any other global problems you want me to solve? LOL!!! (gee it's hard typing with your sleeves tied-up at the back!)
