They have already crumbled and buyers now are punting on them being able to negotiate their way around the monies owed to BPT. Some sort of settlement that will keep them afloat and viable. Frankly negotiating doesnt seem to be one of EPR management's strong points and we all know communication to shareholders certainly isn't. BPT have to act responsibly to recover the funds owed to them. EPR management should never have put shareholders in this position.
