I'll take all that as read, but I am not convinced a big capital spend 10 years ago means anything now. Nor does a revolving door ownership; usually means high grading, though I would accept being corrected on this.
I knew the guys at Normandy and they gave this area a good walloping over a fairly long time and never found anything of note (though they did do some excellent brown fields proving up). If (and I should use the mathematical IFF) MGX are contemplating it as an acquisition I do hope they have a very good DD team!
