    First one since 2009 with 50dma crossing 200dma.

    Buyers always seem to be standing by for the 21/20.5c seller's stock and finding buyers above prior 20c level.

    Substantial upside, and limited risk but likely to decline on a failed deal negotiation nevertheless.
