You mean like they did it in 1500's? I'm not sure many people would take kindly to taking pigs or calves to the supermarket, or carry gold ducats or bars around with them.

Kids don't even carry cash these days, it's all done with credit cards, difficult for goldbugs to comprehend, I know.
