They have certainly changed their tactics from "shock and awe" to a much more insidious type of action which is much less obvious to the average guy but to anybody who can think , they are just at it.
Then when they can't help themselves they just let loose,just like the psychotic morons that they are.
No different from the psychotic evil's that have destroyed hundreds of millions of peoples lives over the decades.
Can't beat the empire of chaos.Not yet anyway.
