I think the TNR boys should be congratulated on the way they handeled the announcement - no spin just reported the method and numbers.

This was a continuous sample of the 'trial mining' pit that targeted the mineralisation below where it had previously been worked.

The result is fairly poor yet the varun announcement makes it sound like they are onto some bonza gold field. A couple of samples had a spec of gold in them (not nuggets) the overwhelming majority of samples where below 1g/t. This may be economic to a local miner who probably is happy to earn a couple of bucks a day but not for a commercial mining operation


There is gold there, all they can do is keep looking. Need to wait on the drill results. They are exploring for gold and as long as they keep looking they are doing their job.
