hulme scholes was always 99.9% confident we would win the case in a legal sense, and as you know navygulf he is one of the top legal minds in south African mining law, but for some reason the DMR let it go to court even though they didn't have a leg to stand on, the company won't be jumping the gun with any announcement until the leases have been reinstated which they don't expect to happen until the last minute on the last day of the court allotted 10 day period, and if this doesn't eventuate they will be in contempt of court.
