Gold - the possibilities

Last week I was fortunate enough to do a tour of the Kalgoorlie Super Pit - the biggest open pit gold mine in Australia.

While not specifically relevant to NAG as we are exploring for underground "bonanza" gold, it was certainly an eye-opener.

Discovered in the 1890's it now produces over 700,000 ounces of gold per year, at a grade of only 2 grams per tonne!!

When we consider that our neighbour Fosterville acheives over 20 grams per tonne, and with our current drilling program we are hoping to find the next Fosterville we have good reason to be excited!
