Yes he probably did but the borefield is not a secured supply of process water, nore is there a large volume available. If you want to treat small tonnages it ok with some risk to supply. So no scaleup potential, and unreliable supply as i know it.
Again the bluespec shaft is available to be pumped out, but again is very low recharge system.
