eep!  If it is really PAN, then there's a lot more to go.  They hold less than 5% so no substantial holding letter is required.  We won't know unless we ask management for an updated top 20.

Whoever it is - they started selling as of 1st Feb - so far only ~3 million has been offload, meaning if it really is PAN, then they have another ~15 million to sell
