Agree, the bottom up mining method has some upfront capital costs and $20m was mentioned at the Denver Gold Conference. I was initially annoyed by the capital raising, but when l decided to walk is LJ shoes, it all made sense as it potentially brings Andy Well back online a lot earlier if the gold price in AUD is right.
