    So as per BDR new announcement, plant optimisation has moved to 2019. One thing BDR has done pretty well keep drawing charts and coming up promises which never ever materialised
    ..
    Only thing I see now is Pump& Dump by those who bought BDR shares at 0.054 cents. They know BDR Quarterly will be horrible hence famous old formula starts " Sell Before Quarterly"
