The court case will be interesting and could possibly be a bonus. SDM (IME's parent company) is ASX listed with market cap of $340+ mill.
Either two ways of looking at it - deep pockets to tie it up in litigation for years or has access to the money to pay if it loses.
Obviously not the main game but worth keeping an eye on. Both for possible windfall $$, as well as legal expenses to EVG and taking up time better spent elsewhere.
At least EVG is the plaintiff and not the defendant !!
