In fairness, another catch with TBR/RND is the super shady ownership structures of the top 20+ shareholders. Does anyone really believe Billis owns only the 0.03 per cent of the stock in his own name, despite managing managing to control both companies with an iron grip for 20 years? Who are the mysterious so-called "Europeans" behind Yarri Mining Ltd, Transglobal Capital, Sierra Gold, Lake Grace Exploration, Resource Capital? Why has TBR never paid a dividend?

I've owned since $3.80 and will be cashing out half my stock as soon as the 12-month CGT discount kicks in - I just think there's too much risk that Billis and co. could do something on the dodge, e.g. (wild assumptions here, no accusations) just issue a crapton of shares in the Ghana company, cross-pollinate with TBR/RND and transfer the ownership of the majority of the assets (gold) to the Ghanaian shareholders... i.e. not us.
