I don't think Mko holders are getting a good deal....compared to ear holders .dont get me wrong once they get their act together with a refurbished plant they could be another Blk...imo a 2 to 1 would of been fairer as Mko has all the infrastructure in place and looks like shareholders are just accepting first offer....don't know if any others think the same...maybe we should vote no and see if we all get a fairer offer..imo.
