    MKO cash balance quite low so opportunistic move to avoid dilution. Can also see them packaging this up, getting all the ducks in order then selling it off. Whether they will actually process ore as EAR I am not sure about. RMS have been all talk of acquisitions with no action. They'd be top of the list for sure.
