That's also interesting. MKO implied value is $0.104 based on EAR price of $0.26, however today 15.55 million MKO shares traded at average of $0.091, less than 1 EAR / 2.5 MKO.
Aside from the fact EAR only have $3.5m, maybe it could make sense for EAR to buy these shares and cancel them after the takeover is completed and we would all be better off.
