well going from zero interest in MKO of late maybe you will be right Cdchi1 and EAR will make an scrip offer for MKO .

as we know MKO- EAR is mostly held by the same investors /mgmt etc....

Now with EAR having great support but having issues with EK maybe the tables have turned and the pro Merger interests now know that with pretty much all of MKO held by the top 30-40 guys going to be far easier to make contact and get them keen on EAR T/O offer than the other way round....

and as we see the MKO SP is now under pressure ?? nil support ... while EAR that to date has a smaller JORC resource and Nil plant has brilliant support and no selling interests ...

I think MR and buddies see this as the best move to merge and dilute the likes of EK and friends out of the picture as they hold so much of MKO etc....

so take down the MKO SP keep EAR strong them push through a offer that's great for EAR S/Hs so the majority will be happy to merge ....and as MKO mostly held by guys holding big positions in EAR it's a win for them ...

...well that's my rant
