So the general concensus is that Julius is a good fit with MKO's current resource and close enough to the BW mill.

With the latest EAR board reshuffle and CR what does the balance of the share register like now and how likely are they to get into bed with MKO in the next 6 months or so?

What are views on the current fair value for EAR shares?

PS. From what I can see EAR shares held approximately as follows:

Kohler approx. 25m
Current Directors approx. 21m
Latest CR 20m - one would assume issued to investors aligned with current directors

Other major shareholder AXF / Byass / Gyngell combined approx. 48m

Other minor shareholders approx. 56m

From the results of the recent AGM there are approx 44m votes aligned with Kohler, 61m with Ruane and approx. 41m that didn't vote.
