My first thought was it might be RMS kathleen valley project etc ....giving RMS more capacity space at their own plant to increase Overall Gold Production ...(MR did make the comment on K.V)

Yes it won't be IRC too far away from their main projects ....

Could well be a Privately owned resource ,,,MR did state to me he did look at a nearby privately owned project of some size 400-500koz etc but the owner was asking way to much...just maybe they have decided to lease our plant ??.....

............maybe this week we will find out ......
