Good digging, well done. They had 22.982 m shares at end of June = 5.2%.
In the last week there have been around 8m shares traded so yes will most likely be under 5% and should see a notice next week.
Will still have about 14m shares to move which could all go through in the next week or so and could be one of the last good buying opportunities as well as putting some liquidity into the stock.
