    They currently have 560 Million shares on issue. We will be issuing the following:

    - 50 million to acquire this gold project.
    - 75 Million as part of a SPP
    - 92 Million Tranche 1 shares to smart and sophisticated investors
    - 97 Million Tranche 2 shares to smart and sophisticated investors, if approved by shareholders

    Therefore, if everything is fully subscribed and approved, total shares on issue will be around 874 million, which gives us a market cap of around $11 million.
