    re: time to switch?hergerr true hergerr, just a general guide only. But I would have thought that if it had a cash cost of the figure you quoted, then it would not include development costs-the total cost figure may be well north of that.

    Irrespective, look at the contnual delays, how many time extensions? 4? Now the prospectus is extended-this is not giving the right 'vibe'.
