Things are not looking too bright here at AGV.

Only two scenarios I see are

1. Can't raise any funds and go bust
2. Can raise funds but will dilute all existing holders so much that shares will be worthless.

This has been a dog, I just hope that they pull on some of the family connections and do the right thing by shareholders.

reading the accounts one is left feeling that they have just been bleeding this company of its cash and providing any type of return to shareholders hasn't really been a top concern.

I reckon the IPO brokers have all but given up, so I can't see that they have too many options available.

This was sold with so much hope at the IPO but the reality is that those who invested look to have been fleeced.

My view is that there is a 20% chance of a good outcome for shareholders.
