I hope your gut feeling is correct because mine is the opposite to yours. I fear they've been stuffing around with this for too long. It might not be core business for CIO, but the capital that could be derived from this asset is of great importance to the company. With a favourable judgement perhaps they could sell it and retain a 10% interest in case it comes out smelling roses.
