re: sir sam's appointment andf spin-offs Sir Sam is of course a most eminent person and it is a coup having him as a chairman.

Even large companies don't have a person of that calibre LOL.

There are a number of spin-offs:

1. MOE will be in the limelight from now on because it will be mentioned when Sir Sam wil be mentioned: MOE will be linked to Sir Sam. This has a lot of publicity value for MOE.

2. Ashanti could take a stake in MOE in return for cash (placement).

3. The market will continually ponder about any JV or takeover possibilities. This will keep the share price at an "acceptable" level.
