Andres has a fair point. If it just so happens that we secure a gold acquisition yet the share price stays at these levels thanks (or rather, no thanks) to Magna, then I am fairly certain that a takeover will happen. You simply can't have a company with so many prospects and an EV of $3.5 to $4 million.
