Birdfly....you forgot to mention that while labor might be cheap in Eritrea, it is lotally unskilled, most of the labor is locked up due to military conscription, war with Ethiopia (again) is on the cards, there are as yet no operating mines in Eritrea (Nevsun approval for Bisha is awaited and overdue), all opposition and free press is in jail (and has been since 2001), there is no power outside Asmara etc....so all is not a bed of roses! Rather a large soverign risk, that only approval of Nevsuns project and successful development there will allay with the serious investors that underpin SBS shareprice.
