Just rang BP, no direct confirmation but between the lines, one of their clients got in trouble and needs to sell at what ever costs.
LPE got enough money for 6-7 GWh conversion each months, so no need at all for a CR. And in the case of CR preparation we wouldn't have the buy orders placed at 2.1c / 2c if they could get it cheaper and they would ramp up the sp to 3c to make it attractive for their clients.
