Until we know any details, it will be impossible to predict opening price.
Did we get 0% Trinidad? 10%? 30% 90%?
Any debt/convertible notes/hybrids?
All equity?
Heavily discounted?
Too many variables.
If deal falls through, then expect a big selloff of people unexpectedly caught holding longer than anticipated. 0.3c would be a great exit if that happens.
Full 90% would be good. But some debt would be positive. Trinidad has cashflow to pay interest and minimises the dilution.
Still hard to tell which way MHL are leaning, but last couple announcements refer to "an interest" in Trinidad. Previously "up to 90%". Technically still the same thing, but less strong wording. Really leaves door open to something other than 90%.
You'd like to think 51% to maintain control over the project, although with only 90% available, we could get away with 45% control.
Hoping not too heavily discounted. Im expecting 0.3c to be majority of the trades.
