Firstly Nathan... I to believe they have stumbled and or fumble onto a great opp, but the lack of any plan is extremely concerning.

If you have great opp and want to raise cap ... promote the op with news on how you see it all proceeding.........or at least say that things are on track... ask for a further ext...

No news is not good news for a potential cap raising.
