I started this thread and am glad to see that other posters think MHL treats it shareholders like the proverbial.
Now, it seems, that ASX is doing the same
Two months with no access to our capital. I have never experienced such a long voluntary suspension.
Surely the ASX should put a bomb under MHL and make it explain why MHL was unable to live up their own expectations. These were expressed on 23rd December and anticipated trading again on 4th January.
Now nothing. What's going on with MHL and ASX? The whole affair is shameful. The holiday period is not a sufficient explanation, as others have pointed out. Had MHL, on 23rd December, forgotten that Christmas and the New Year holidays existed? Come off it.
